Ryan, our estimator and primary contact, as well as Lisa at the front were both a pleasure to work with. They went above in beyond in taking care of us accommodating pickup schedules. Ryan took care of a lot of the back and forth with our insurance flexibly so we will got the vehicle back quickly. We had left some personal belongings and they even arranged from their personal time to help us retrieve those. The actual repair looks good so far, the color match seems flawless. We hope the long term quality is as good as the experience so far.

Highly recommended! Coordination, communication, & repairs were flawless from start to finish. I needed extensive body work, paint, & parts for my damaged Tesla Model 3. Ryan was incredibly personable & knowledgeable. He patiently answered my questions & addressed every concern. He kept me informed at every stage & completed the job sooner than expected. The front office staff was a pleasure to interact with — phenomenal customer service & positive, friendly demeanor. Very refreshing. Great team. The professionalism & quality of work is top-notch. Loved my experience. Was sent there by USAA as an approved vendor for an insurance accident. They were informative, professional, kind, and rather quick for all that needed to be done. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of changes and i am happy with the paint finish. Great job. They did remove the pin stripe on my passenger side but that was due to the stripe color being discontinued and no longer available. They had to replace the passenger door so it would have only been on part of the exterior of the car and would have looked silly. I was happy with this decision. I was even able to leave my rental car at the shop and they coordinated with enterprise to get the car back. Overall very happy and a very easy process.

I had a terrific experience at the Caliber Collision located at Westside Parkway in Alpharetta. The repair work was perfect. Just as important, so were the people. Lisa, at the front desk, was a delight to be with, she was efficient, and got her job done. Ryan managed the repair. He finished the job ahead of schedule, did an excellent job, and did even more than his job required. For example, there was a bit of a paperwork mix up at my insurance company. He straightened it out. Here is another example that is typical of him. When I was picking up the car Ryan noticed several blemishes on my paint that had nothing to do with the repair work. He got a buffer and fixed those blemishes at no charge. How about that? If I need a body shop again, this Caliber shop is the only alternative I will consider.

I would strongly advise staying away from this Caliber Collision location, especially if you own a Tesla or if your vehicle has anything beyond minor cosmetic damage. While they did a decent job on the basic bodywork, the overall experience was a nightmare. I repeatedly requested that they check for internal damage and alignment issues, but my concerns were completely ignored. My advisor, Ryan, was rude and patronizing, at one point dismissing my requests by telling me, "We know what we are doing." If it weren't for the persistent error codes on my screen that they simply couldn't clear, I would have never known that I was driving a car with significant suspension and subframe damage. I eventually took the vehicle to Tesla, and their feedback was shocking. Not only did they identify the structural damage Caliber missed, but they also pointed out that some of the work performed was of extremely poor quality. Tesla actually had to redo a significant portion of Caliber’s work in addition to fixing the suspension and subframe. While the manager, Ben, was cooperative once Tesla pointed out these glaring issues, it was far too little, too late. This entire ordeal cost me 5 months of
